The Initiative
Clinical excellence is not achieved by reading textbooks alone. It is developed through observation, communication, decision-making, procedural skills, interpretation of investigations, and the ability to apply knowledge in real-life clinical situations.
The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) has emerged globally as one of the most effective methods of assessing and developing these competencies. While OSCE training is well established in many medical specialties worldwide, there remains a significant gap in structured OSCE education within Reproductive Medicine, IVF, Reproductive Endocrinology, Andrology, Embryology, Fertility Surgery, and Fertility-Related Gynecology in India.
To bridge this gap, Dr. Pankaj Talwar and his academic team have launched a comprehensive Hybrid OSCE Training Initiative specifically designed for postgraduate students, fellows, infertility specialists, embryologists, and reproductive medicine professionals.

Learning Model
The program follows a structured hybrid approach designed to maximise learning while minimising disruption to clinical practice. Two phases. One complete transformation.
Participants undergo an intensive four-month online learning experience conducted by trained faculty members — covering all seven domains of fertility sciences through structured OSCE stations.
After completing the online phase, participants attend a highly immersive one-day hands-on OSCE workshop — experiencing authentic examination conditions with individualized faculty mentoring.
